Isabella Rivera is a soundbath facilitator, educator, and yoga teacher in Southern California focused on creating experiences for individuals to connect to themselves and one another. She deeply believes in the power of meditation and yoga to cultivate a healthy dialogue with the inner being, tuning inward to connect with the mind, soul, and body. Leaning on 16 years of experience in K-12 education as a teacher and administrator, she creates a safe space for individuals from all walks of life to explore and align to their truest, most beautiful selves. She has led 18 group trainings across Los Angeles, Palm Springs, Tulum, Sedona and virtually; as of March 2026, 138 practitioners have completed her programs.

The Aligned Sound Method — Level I

A 35-hour, 4-day in-person practitioner certification plus 12+ hours of pre-work. Covers cymatics, frequency, resonance and entrainment, basic music theory, bowls, gongs, chimes and drums, the arc of a sound bath, and the business of building your own offerings. Cohorts are capped at 10 in Los Angeles.

Level II — Embodied Sound Mentorship

A 3-month virtual advanced container with biweekly calls, a resource library, 1:1 strategy calls, a printed Level II manual and an optional in-person day retreat in Los Angeles, for practitioners deepening facilitation, vocal activation and embodied presence.

1:1 Mentorship

EXPAND is a high-touch 3-month hybrid or virtual mentorship built around your own goals — six 90-minute calls, a 2-day in-person intensive, ongoing text/email support and a final graduation class. EXPLORE is a focused 1-month deep dive into either sound and facilitation or business and marketing.

Private, corporate & event sound baths

Sound bath meditation, yoga plus sound, and heart-opening sound with cacao — booked as house calls, private events, brand activations, corporate wellness, retreats, birthdays and bachelorette parties across Los Angeles, the Coachella Valley and Joshua Tree.

Virtual sound & the Mindful Moments membership

Live virtual sound bath meditations plus an on-demand membership library of 30-plus guided sound baths, meditations, breathwork and yoga practices, with new videos added monthly.

Cacao & ceremony

Ceremonial cacao sourced from Guatemala, offered on its own, as a gift set with a mug, and woven into opening circles and private heart-opening ceremonies.
