Frequently asked

What exactly is the Los Angeles training?

The Aligned Sound Method Level I: a 35-hour Sound Bath Practitioner Certification run as a 4-day in-person immersion plus 12 or more hours of pre-work reading, practice and homework. The Los Angeles cohort is intentionally capped at 10 participants so everyone gets real practice time.

When is the next Los Angeles cohort?

Not yet announced. Her page states that all 2026 Los Angeles cohorts are complete and that 2027 dates and the training location are TBA, so the interest list is the way to hear first. The only dated cohort currently published anywhere is Sedona, 5–8 November 2026, at Shine Boutique in Sedona, Arizona.

What does it cost?

$1,777 paid in full, or $1,850 on a payment plan with $700 to hold your spot and the balance due no later than 7 days before the training begins. An early-bird code, EARLYBIRD, takes $150 off up until one month before the start date. She also holds two reduced-rate spots per training, by application, for BIPOC applicants with financial need.

What certification do I actually receive?

The Aligned Sound Method Sound Bath Practitioner Certificate of Completion, awarded at the graduation class on the final day. If you want them, the training also carries 35 YACEP hours — Yoga Alliance continuing education — because Isabella is registered with Yoga Alliance as a Continuing Education Provider.

Is any of it virtual?

The Level I certification itself is in person. Do I need my own singing bowls to attend?

No. In her own words: “You do not need bowls for this in-person/weekend intensive training, however, if you would like to bring yours to use during training, you are welcome to. All instruments and materials are provided for you.”

Are meals or accommodation included?

No. Her FAQ states tuition covers the program and the listed inclusions only; accommodation and meals are on your own, though she is happy to suggest lodging, and most students stay nearby in an Airbnb or hotel.

What is included in the tuition?

A printed training manual, one post-training instrument consultation with Bella, welcome gifts, an opening cacao ceremony and sound bath, a mini photo shoot with 5–10 high-quality photos, one month of the Mindful Moments membership, lifetime access to her virtual meditation mini course, discounted student-only instrument pricing, monthly alumni calls and ongoing access to the graduate community.
